Our datacentre network team will be conducting network maintenance beginning
at 00:00AM GMT on Wednesday 16th November 2005, lasting until 06:00AM GMT of
the same morning.
This work is necessary to upgrade and install Cisco 2950 edge switches and
an additional edge switch which will allow access to our internal network for
backups, remote reboots etc. During this maintenance slot we will also
need to power down all of our servers and move them to a newly prepared rack;
We do not anticipate any extended downtime however, because servers are
being moved you will experience one short outage lasting between 10-15
minutes per machine.
