It seems some people are not able to send emails via our server, this behaviour seems to be tied with the latest round of cPanel updates. While we await a cPanel technician to ensure mail is sent change your SMTP server from mail.yourdomain.com to your ISP's.
This problem is rather complicated and it seems the file that is most likely broken is an encrypted cPanel one so there's nothing anyone here can do until cPanel fix this.
