Load on Pluto is too high at certain times during the day - the reason is two fold, both we are hoping to address by the purchase of new servers.
The first issue is the daily stats run is now taking over half the day. So even though we start it at one in the morning it runs well into the working day.
The second issue is backups now taking over 24 hours to complete. We're purchasing a new server just for backups so they'll be processed on that server instead now. If at all possible we'll look to move the stats processing to that server too.
I'll keep everyone updated on this.

One issue addressed (http://www.nethosted.co.uk/topic645_webalizer_to_be_disabled_changes_to_awstats.html).
We are working on a rather complicated rsync script too to address the backups issue.
