I want to start work on a second website. Can this have its own unique domain name.
If it can is it possible to start this development before the domain transfer has completed?
If so how...

Sure, addon the domain you will be moving to us in your cPanel then you will be able to access the space for that domain at: http://addonname.yourrootdomain.com/  you can upload all files there and view them via the web.

Once your domain has resolved to our server you will just be able to go to it to see the files.

Slightly confused.

I will have, once transfers are resolved www.takingnonotice.com  and I want to add www.3ksjudo.org.uk  that doesn't seem to be what your saying or am i missing something.

That is what I'm saying, you are able to host both of those domains. I think you through me a bit with your "start development" line...?
