Wow that problem took a long time to figure out, finally got it though!
The path to ImageMagick is: /usr/local/bin/
Sorry for the delay the problem was *genuinely* hard to track down

Nope... Doesn't work for me
If you goto www.pc185.co.uk/4images/ there is my gallery.. The onlyone without a thumbnail is the one under 300d / broads casiter.. The pic is called fishingman.jpg
I have put in what you have written into the path for the auto thumbnailer but i just get an error?!?!
Any help?!

Try using the specific path to the converter:
/usr/local/bin/convert
