60 Day Domain Transfer Restriction

I seem to remember something about having to wait 60 days before transferring a domain but can't remember whether this is after it was first registered or last transferred.

Basically I'm thinking of transferring some .co.uk domains to 123-reg (which they say is free) so I have them all in one place while I decide what to do with them.

If I do that can I transfer them to NetHosted straight after? Anything else I should be considering?

I believe .uk domains do not have this restriction, so you should be able to transfer them to 123-reg then to us.
