I cannot praise this service enough.
I've moved to nethosted 7 days ago and for some reason my backup went slightly wrong meaning my forum wouldn't function. With constant support via email from nethosted, they gave me a lot of advice and help and I now have everything just as it used to be, well, almost...
..I now have 200MB more space than I used to have and 4gb more bandwidth, with the benefits of 24/7 support from nethosted, unlike my old hosts support during office hours (no good when you work office hours yourself!)
