I've been here for 2 years now, and I think this site is owned by one of the most competent people I have ever experienced.

Any stupid questions that I have asked (this was my very first experience of REAL web hosting, and over the last 2 years I have asked a LOT of stupid questions!) have been dealt with professionally and usually at a speed that exceeds human comprehension. I used to be with plus.net for hosting, and was used to experiencing ticket reply times of well over 8 hours. Here, if it's over 20 minutes it's unusual!

However, you may not actually have to speak to him at all, as once you get to know the system, the ease with which you can manage EVERYTHING about your account is blissful.

I've learnt absolutely loads while being here, and I plan on staying here for many more years.
