Hi,
Are there any problems today as this afternoon I keep noticeing drop outs, I court one just now and did a trace route, see below.

I'll send this on to the datacentre network guys, as it appears to be an issue at their end. I'll let you know what they say.

Garry,
The network team have taken quite a thorough look into this matter and have said they can find no issues with the network either currently or looking back through the logs. They suggest this could be caused by your firewall/router.
