Yes we take full weekly backups for you

There is no end date on this offer at this time.

One other thing, if the Sever fails - it is only pluto isn't it? What happens to emails, do they bounce or stored up?

Depends on the type of "failure" - if the server is totally down naturally the emails would have no-where to go so would bounce.

Remote mailservers typically hold onto mail for 7 days before giving up and killing them. We;d have to have a MAJOR issue with pluti before you lost any mail - and I'm sure our datacentre woul dhave a replacement online pretty fast if that was the case.
