I got an email today saying i will be billed £25 even though i have downgraded my package to the £15 one. I don't think i have been refunded for paying £25 last month either unless im mistaken.

I've removed the email, but ok I've fixed that issue. That was just our software not updated, at WorldPay you're scheduled to be billed £15 not £25.

We refunded you £5 on the 8th, remember it costs £5 to downgrade the package hence not refunding you £10. Your billing should be fine now, your next payment will be £15.
