Maybe there could be a Newbie FAQ guide containing all the common questions that have come up time & again in the forums.
or
We could use stickies, so for example in the "FTP/MySQL Support" category there could be a sticky containing all the Question & Answers to all the common problems, nicely cleaned up & put in clear English.
I would love to see a few screenshots of cPanel etc... explaing how to do this & that. The ability to post small screen shots by Nethosted staff would be good I think.
Any comments?

The attachment mod is broken (pipe down Mike T  ) and I'm going to fix it promise.
I agree, a knowledgebase/FAQ type section would be good I do answer a lot of similar questions via tickets and here!

You should also have a "how to transfer domain name" guide, since that seems to be a recurring issue |

Oops, my mistake, I must be going a bit blind. Perhaps you should make them large screen shots rather than small.
I'm sure you are all lovely people. I got a body double for my website photo, They're quite cheap these days.  |
