I know its only a baby release (0.1!) but RoundCube looks like it's an awesome little client. All AJAXy and a bit more user-friendly than the current ones.

Basically, it shouldn't be too much hassle to install, There's even a quick install guide for cPanel integration:

Basically, my work computer's just been locked down and I can't use IMAP anymore, and SquirrelMail feels a little basic. |

Roundcube is a bit too early in it's development to be deployed. I've seen that it has quite a few Javascript vulnerabilities still.
When a stable, final 1.0 release is out it'll get reconsidered.
