The most important thing with a service.... is the customer service, and in the few years I have been hosting my domains with Net Hosted, I am still amazed at their speed of response and level heads in sometimes awkward situations. Yes, sometimes I'm frustrated with slow server response times and the occasional downtime, but these things are inevitable whoever your host may be, and when it comes to the crunch NetHosted are on the ball and will do everything (sometimes I don't think they even sleep - possibly some kind of post evolutionary nightcreatures!)
