Hi Andrew,
I Have to change the D.N.S i think for my website as the previous host hasnt paid his bills and left my website bouncycastlesrus.co.uk in limbo.
I have spoke to webtapestry.co.uk about it and they say its fine to transfer the domain
they need the d.n.s as to wher to transfer it to
is it
NETHOSTED ???

You've said conflicting things there. Firstly only we can transfer a domain into our care, for a .co.uk your registrar will need to change the IPSTag on the domain to ours which is NETHOSTED.
However, you then say you don't want to move the domain just the hosting to us which is fine, all you need to do is change the nameservers on the domain to Pluto's:
ns1.net-hosted.com
ns2.net-hosted.com
