We don't support ColdFusion!

To achieve what? Just uploading your files then use an FTP client such as www.smartftp.com - designing your sites? Use something like Dreamweaver!

Go into your cPanel and click on the MySQL tool, near the bottom of the page (there'll be a list of all your database) click on the link entitled "phpMyAdmin" this will take you to a tool through which you can edit your database entries.
If, of course, this is what you meant! If you simply want an application to use a database you've created all you need to do is edit the applications configuration files to point it to your database and tell it which username to try and use to access the database.
