Considering moving a sports club's website to NetHosted. Everything I have read seems very positive and your prices are very competitive. On the other hand you appear to have only a handful of servers and are not registered for VAT. OK, I know every oak tree starts life as an acorn, but I feel I need a little more convincing. What assurances can you give with regard to support cover, reserve capacity etc? Is your business model sustainable?

We don't have hundreds of servers or staff because we are a comparitavely small host (we look after around 3000 websites currently). However we have been in business since March 2004 and have no plans to leave this field anytime soon. VAT registration is in the pipeline, we're actually just waiting on a billing system upgrade to ensure that can go smoothly and without interruption to our client base.

Again I think our transparency on server numbers is rather telling, instead of trying to hide that we don't operate hunderds we instead have a live status page with full details of each (shared/comapny) unit and how it is currently performing.
