CPanel seems to not want to load for me at the moment

I was just wondering if we were having problems?

Just loaded in a few seconds here! Server load is 0.89 so no issues there either!

When I try to access http://onceuponacentury.net/cpanel

it just says it's loading and the URL in my browser's address bar changes to http://onceuponacentury.net:2082/frontend/x2/index.html,

but nothing happens, it continues to "load" and the page stays completely blank.

Also, I don't get the usual username/password prompt.

When I click that link the pop up user/pass box appears instantly and when I enter your username and my root pass it loads again instantly!

Can you get to the cpanel via: pluto.nethosted.co.uk/cpanel

Well, I've found the cause of the problem but I don't know about solving it... I just shut down ZoneAlarm and tried to access again and I had no problems. Funny though, I haven't had this issue before while running ZA. Hmmm.

I have another question: Can I set up an IP address to point to my site, like a domain? Excuse me if I sound totally stupid, I don't have much experience with this type of thing.

Yes you can, we'd need to move you from our shared IP to a dedicated IP at the cost of £20 a year.

Ugh Zone Alarm, it's a funny one - diagnosing problems with ZA is tough I wish you luck!
