I'm wondering what on earth is going on... I'm trying to access certain directories on my website and apparently they don't exist. I'm even being told that some files don't exist. It's quite annoying. Help?

Becci,

Not sure what to say - if the files aren't there they're not there... Where are the files supposed to be?

Andrew

Try accessing public_html/downloads/, apparently the entire directory doesn't exist. There's only one thing in there, but still. And to double check that it's not just me, I uploaded cof003disappearicons.jpg to /public_html and it's still not showing up. I'm using Ipswich WS_FTP and I'm certain those files/directories are there. I've checked over and over.

Ok I see the issue now, I can access everything fine via our temporary URL's but not seemingly through your domain. I'll look into it now.

Thanks Andrew. Sorry to be a burden.

Should be all fixed now - very strange a line was missing from your Apache VirtualHosts definition causing the issues you saw.
