Hi

A week or so ago I signed up to your starter reseller package for the larger disk space and bandwidth allowance.

I am just finding my way round the cPanel, but have just noticed that the Disk Space Available only says 100MB - shouldn't it be 3000MB?. Apologies if this is a dumb question - I'm new to the whole cPanel thing!

Hi,

That's because your main account is put onto our "Reseller" package - this is just an example package we put all of our reseller clients on. If you login to your WHM (yourdomain.com/whm/) you can define a new package (with all your diskspace and bandwidth if you desire) and then move your domain onto that package.
