lo all

just created my first mySQL database - and am now using this phpmyadmin tool thing

remember im not very clued up on this - so i usually just blag my way through things, break it and then try again lol

but what i cant find - is a place to upload my excel spreadsheet - so that all the data in there becomes my data in mySQL??

im presuming this version dosent allow me to do this? - i was told that version 4.1.5 does - anyway i can get that version?

Not sure to be honest - phpMyAdmin would be upgraded by cPanel not by us!

As long as the links as just plain text then that shouldn't be a problem.
