Two questions really,
For one of my clients I set up and account with hotchilli. I registered a domain name with them and a hosting package.
They turned out to be not that special and I will need the domain name transferring over to nethosted. Does nethosted make the request for the domain name transfer or is there something I need to do at the hotchilli end of things to get the transfer started?
Also will nethosted do a good job with XCart, this is what hotchilli tripped up on, I believe XCart likes to run with safe mode off. |

John,
We will need to initiate the domain transfer, however you will need to ensure that the domain is unlocked and that you have access to the admin contacts email address.
You will have no problem running XCart on our service.
