My domain name www.mybbthings.com should have been regestered for free with my reseller package. However it hasnt resolved yet and when i go to whois.com etc it is coming up as an available domain, whats going on? |

We're waiting for our domain registrar to sort itself out, we currently can't register this domain through our account with them as they're having technical difficulties.
They are supposed to be emailing us as soon as the problem is fixed.

Right - talk about timing, the registry has just fixed the issue, your domain is registered and now working from here too

Yep it's annoyingly slow at figuring out peoples' domains have resolved.
I'll manually mark it as resolved.

I'm having the same problem, the domain name i should have ( http://www.by-product.info ) hasnt been resolved yet. |

That's because the domain isn't registered! You need to order the annual contract to take advantage of the free domain offer
