As you may have noticed my domain has been pretty much been inactive and i am using no resources. Is it possible for me to downgrade my account until my site gets more active? As this saves me a little aswell as im shelling out £25 a month and not using anything.

Yes it us, a package downgrade costs £5 one off.

Aww, well i didnt know that, is it free to upgrade it again though? if i downgrade to the £15 a month reseller now will i be charged that amound + the £5 fee on my billing date which is in a few days.

to the 15 pound reseller please for now. I should really cancel as im just simply not using it at the moment, but its too much hassle.

FYI you account was successfully downgraded, I changed your payment to £20 for next month then I'll downgrade it fully to £15. WorldPay is a bit strange about adjusting payments. Let me know if you get charged too much next payment and I'll refund you.
