Hello Andrew,
Im having trouble receiving ebay emails but only too my address on neptune, i have tried my personal ISP email and they are coming through fine.
Is ebay emails disallowed on neptune? |

No they're not - what email address are you trying to send them too?
Do other emails get through ok to your Neptune account?
