Good Day, emails I am sending are coming back with a mailer daemon failure notice...predominantly from one destination. recipient says it is not on their end..believe i may be being spoofed, but not sure how to correct the issue...following is the daemon notiice:

Hi there,
It looks as though you are not hosted by us (NetHosted Ltd). You are hosted with Verio. I'm not quite sure how you managed to find us when looking for support!
It seems to me (judging from the bounce you have received) that the problem is with the content of the mail you are sending:
"Remote host said: 554 The message was rejected because it contains
prohibited virus or spam content "
If you are not sending any mail then your computer has likely caught a virus or indeed someone is sending mail via your domain (spoofing). In which case a SPF record might help.
