When im trying to send email im getting this error

I have sent it again from a few other accounts i have set up with nethosted and they are all getting the same error.

Paul,
The problem here is an IP in the sending chain is listed at SpamHaus.
I can send you the SpamHaus link in a PM if you would like.

As I posted above, I have sent you a private message detailing the problem. Your IP has been listed at SpamHaus. As per the advice at SpamHaus this blocking can be avoided in some cases by having SMTP authentication turned on in your mail client.

I have done all that and all was working fine yesterday, today im getting this when checking my pop3

Can you please ensure that SMTP Authentication is turned on as per: http://www.spamhaus.org/faq/answers.lasso?section=Generic%20Questions#197
This is an excerpt from SpamHaus regarding this:
"The PBL does not prevent you sending email unless your email program is not authenticating properly when it connects to your ISP or company's mail server. This can happen if you have forgotten to turn on 'Authentication' in your 'outgoing mail' account settings, or if the username/password your email program is giving to your outgoing mail server is wrong.
If you are using a normal email program, such as Outlook, Entourage, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and you are being blocked by a Spamhaus PBL listing when you try to send email, the reason is simply that YOU NEED TO TURN ON 'SMTP AUTHENTICATION' in your email program's account settings."
Mail still appears to be being blocked because this is not turned on.

I use windows mail for my email on vista and all my accounts are set for authentication, incoming and outgoing.
there is only one account that is having problems with it and thats the stuff at paulmarson address.
everything was working fine yesterday after i set the outgoing authentication, its just recieving pop3 today that im having the problems with. _________________ Paul M |

Hi,
I would suggest you check the server settings for this account as we have not had a login on this since Aug 3 12:19:48 whereas I can see for your other accounts you've logged in as recently as Aug 4 13:14:14, for different accounts on the paulmarson address.

Hi,
I cannot see an issue this end in that case as that we haven't had a connection to this account since yesterday, your IP is not blocked our end as you can connect to other accounts on the same server.
If you wish to PM me your username/password for this account I can try connecting from my mail client to see if I experience this issue, or I can reset the password from our end to test this myself, let me know.
