When I try to check my mail I keep getting told that the server has rejected my password and asked to re-enter it.
Webmail usually grinds to a halt or fails to log in. When I have managed to get in with webmail, it reveals various emails that I haven't managed to download, but a test email I sent to myself and seemed to go off OK hasn't come through.
I'm going on holiday tomorrow for three weeks and really need to know I can use webmail.
I haven't changed any settings or anything. Please tell me this is just a temporary glitch on your servers and will sort itself out...

Hi,
There is no glitch on our servers, the load is low on all shared servers and webmail should be operating fine.
Can you send in a ticket with a username/pass I can try. Are you behind a proxy?

| I'm not entirely sure what behind a proxy means, but no, I don't think so. I'll post a ticket. |
