Email stopped working

Hi Andrew,

I have just notices that 2 mailboxes have the following problem.

1) andy.wilson at gbc.org.uk and admail at gbc.org.uk - cannot delete spam in Horde webmail

2) test emails sent from Outlook don't arrive in Horde (mail boxes are empty).

They were OK last night.

Please would you have a look at it for me?

Andy,

This is because your account is over quota, you need to remove some files.

I don't think that is the case Andrew - it's probably because the Quotas are messed up again - please see my post a few lines down with the same title. I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago after you transferred my a/c from Pluto.

There are no useful files in these 2 accounts, only a few hundred in the spam boxes.

It's been a mixed bag, for some people with this issue they have genuinely been over quota. For others, like you, it's a cPanel issue. I've doubled your account space.

What is the quota for all of the gbc account now (does it work on a total basis or on an individual mailbox basis)

The packagage applied to gbc still has a quota of 500Mb and a bandwith of 1000Mb (no change). Have you have overridden the package.

Do I need to increase the package to 1000Mb and 1000Mb?

According to my Uranus readout the package is 1000MB now, your account is showing no longer over quota in WHM.

No probs, it has obviously superceeded my 500-1000 package so I will create a 1000-1000 package and apply it, just so it agrees with your uranus readout.
