Hi,

I have been looking at your email packages and they seem very good value for money, however I already have my email stored with another host (I use IMAP), is there anyway I can move my email from my old host to you?

Neil,

Thanks for your interest in NetHosted. It's not always possible to move your mail, does your previous host use the cPanel system? If so, then it could be possible to move your mail, if not then I'm afraid it's unlikely to be possible.

Unfortunality they use Plesk, so I take it there is not much you can do.

I'm afraid so, Plesk uses Qmail while cPanel uses Exim so the transfer isn't possible.

I guess one option is to download your mail via POP3 so you have it stored locally on your computer then create a new account here and start afresh with IMAP.
