Hi All!

Just a basic run down of whats happening with "missing" email.

If you've been sent email since Pluto started demanding a bank holiday break you will most likely find that the sending servers have entered into "deferred" mode for your mails.

This means that they will hang on to your mail for 7 days with increasingly long retry periods until they finally give up and delete your mail 8 days from it being sent.

We should have everyone's primary and addon domains restored long before that happens.

We will also try and retrieve any uncorrupted email (if any) on the corrupted disks - though there is no guarantee this will be possible.

Ta Mark, I can send e-mails from the accounts but not retrieve any at the moment.
Who said that pc's can take a holiday break eh ! hehe

Tell Andrew to get some sleep !!!
