I'm working on two sites both using the NetHosted service, and I have found the hosting service to be amazing and the help I've had has been extremely good too, I'm very grateful for it! This was my first time using professional hosting and I don't think I'll ever need to go anywhere else. 
I've had no personal experience of down-time or errors and the prices are great too!
