FAQ section

I often find myself needing the nameserver details or email server names, etc. I can find what I want through the forum search but it would be nice to have an FAQ section or sticky post for this sort of thing just for convenience.

You could also add Q&As like how to access cPanel behind a firewall using cPanel proxy, how to access webmail etc. I'm sure there's loads more that could be added.

Our helpdesk software does have a FAQ facility no doubt it'd be a good idea to start filling this with above mentioned FAQ.

I'll put it on the todo list.

How do I set up an SSL certificate?
Do you have a spam filter available?
How do I find out more about cpanel?

Is it possible to make the links in the FAQ work, like making the cPanel Proxy address here

a hyperlink? Just makes it easier for people rather than having to copy and paste the link.
