Hi,

Few questions which I hope you don't mind answering...

1. Do the reseller accounts include the latest Cpanel releases?

2. Do you support .fr and .de domains (which require two seperatre c-clasee servers)

3. How quick is set-up on reseller accounts?

1. Yes
2. We can host them, we can't register them or transfer them into our care. We can offer IP addresses of the form 83.142.**.***
3. Within a few hours maximum, normally a few minutes while we verify all your details.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Been swapping and changing hosts since the start of the year and each host fails at the first post.

This is the normal reply from the French registry:

Each host has got puzzled with the reply, and don't really hear much more after that. Would your 83.142.* server resolve this issue you think?

Tom,

I've had a look into this and I know we have SOA records - we also have a firewall with ICMP rules. I'm sure we'll be able to host you, if not we have a full 14 day money back guarantee!

Tom, your account has passed our verification procedures! You should have your welcome email now - this includes the nameservers you'll need:

ns1.net-hosted.com
ns2.net-hosted.com

These nameservers have been used with so many different domains .be, .nl etc that you should have no problem!
