We just went through activating SSL for our website. It took 45 minutes (7.07pm to 7.52pm) from the initial request to completing the set-up. That's including the initial dumb questions by me and interaction with Worldpay and the certificate provider. Email response time is instantaneous, and the answers are friendly and useful.
You simply have to admire how fast these guys are! Every time I deal with them I am amazed.
