Hi,
Is it possible to access to access FTP through Internet Explorer. I've ttried and all I get is an authentication error.

It gets me into the main ftp site but not into other folders I've created. It still gives me authentication errors

Can you send in a ticket I can see no reason why you'd be getting these errors. Please give as much detail (including what FTP login details you are using) in the ticket.
