Ok, I haven't been paying attention. So there have been graphics files appearing in posts etc etc. And now we've exceeded our bandwidth for the month, with month still left over. I can't figure out how to buy some more and get us up and running again.

To purchase more bandwidth simply login to your client area and follow the link to Order Account Addons.

I'm looking and I'm looking, and I know my credit card expired... But I cannot find how to enter new credit card details.
Sorry for being so dense... Just got up. Brain not booted yet.
As there are more and more of us, and they're talking more and more, we may need a more permanent solution.. We paid for 2 years hosting of which there are about 19 months left. Is it possible to upgrade that whole 19 months to give us more bandwidth for all time?

We can certainly invoice you for a fixed amount of extra bandwidth to cover the next 19 months. If you want to do this now, just let me know how much bandwidth you'd like to add to your account each month and I will change your outstanding invoice.

Ok, I've done that. Unfortunately I generated the invoice twice as I had another look for something that would let me update my card details. Still, that's only £2 so I'm not to bothered...
As to the bandwidth, it seems that if we add (say) 1gb per month, that's as much as paying (overall) for the next-up hosting package which presumably includes significantly more space? Even more so if I asked for 2gb a month. Can it only be done that way? Or is there a way to pay the overall difference and upgrade the package?
EDIT: Actually, ignore this for the time being.. You're a star for responding, but the truth is the immediate problem is resolved and I guess the site will be back up soon. Everything else can be sorted next week, so please ignore me and go and enjoy the beautiful weather!

Your bandwidth has now been added.
You can certainly upgrade the package instead of buying additional bandwidth, the choice is yours! You can upgrade your package at any time via the Client Area.
