Is this the only computer/connection you have access too? Perhaps you can pay from the office (not now clearly but when you're next in?)

We have 3 pc's here and i have tried on them all now but get the same response.  I work primarily from home on one of the machines i mentioned but in a different part of the house. My partner has checked it as well and we can't understand what the problem is? I have used world pay many times before with CD wow so have no idea what is going on. 
Any idea how i can solve this would be very welcome.
PS...will be joining the comunity very shortly

Well even from your invoice I can safely get to the WorldPay screens. This could be some sort of DNS issue with your ISP and WorldPay. We also accept PayPal payments if you want to do that? We can of course wait a few days to see if this issue sorts itself out or if you can get access to another connection/PC.
The choice is yours

You are nice people. You could be right about the ISP. we are using a Norwegian ISP that has made me change my outgoing email server to thers so they do seem a bit touchy. Ok lets try paypal as i do have an account with them and if all else fails my partner can process the payment (hopefullly) from her work pc tomorrow.

Finaly managed to give you guys the money with the help of good old paypal.

SWIFT transfer is very fast if you can get his SWIFT and IBAN code. Its free 3 day trasnfer within europe on transactions < £20,000
