Well WorldPay's status page is reporting no errors - and I just went all the way to the WorldPay page with a dummy order... perhaps the issue has just been fixed? If not we can arrange for you to get your account and for payment to be delayed

I anticipated that and literally 5 seconds before you posted this message fixed this...

As I say if you have no luck we can work around the issue to ensure your account is setup fine

I'm starting to think it must be something like your browser cache! Ok, what I'll do is setup your most recent uncompleted order then manually invoice you for the money. Lets see if that route works - if not there are other alternatives (yes, brown paper bags are involved )

I have tried doing a Ctr + refresh as i thought that might be a prob but still no go.

I have recieved your welcomemail so i guess we go down that route.

Thanks for the great support.

No problem Linda, as I say I had no problems getting to the WorldPay page so can only assume something on your end? Nevermind - your welcome email is there, as should be an invoice - if you could try and pay that!

Why not become a member of the community? Signup involves no WorldPay steps so you shouldn't have a problem
