| |
Since 23:44 last night I've had 140 "undeliverable/blocked" email notifications from loads of unknown mail servers.
I've no idea where they have come from or who sent them.
What's going on? _________________ Webmaster Newbie!

Just someone using your domain name for spoofing spam. If you look at the sender, you will see random names @ your domain.
These returns usually go away after a few days. It is a pain, but not usually a problem. _________________ Regards

| Only 140. Lucky you. I hope they stop soon as there is nothing you can do about them. |

Spammers tend to send out in large quantities. This is just a part of owning a domain name I'm afraid! You've already done what you can re: SPF records.

You could always temporarily set default address for unrouted email to discard for a while. As the spam emails will all be to "strange" recipients @ yourdomain this will stop them getting through to your mailbox. _________________ Regards
