This is a copy of an email we have sent to all clients on Pluto:

I am contacting you today as we are preparing to move all clients from the server you are on (Pluto - currently based in the U.S.) to a new, more powerful server based in the U.K.

This will be done on Sunday Nov. 21st. We will move the account for you; you will simply need to check once it is moved to make sure everything is still in order after the move.

If you have forums or other live content, please schedule for it to be turned off prior to the move and then back on after the move (this is to prevent any loss of posts during and after the move, as the DNS/IP changes propagate throughout the internet). We will be moving accounts Sunday night/Monday morning as historically this is the quietest time server activity wise.

Some notes on the order of events:

1) We will shut down all most everything on the server, to speed up the move and limit down time for all as much as possible.
2) We will move the accounts to the new server.
3) We will change zone files to point to the new server (at this point you should turn on your forums and other live content on the new server)
4) We will change our DNS IP’s so you will not have to change anything (unless you use out-side DNS then you will have to update to the new server IP.)

The above steps should lead to only a few minutes of downtime for each site.

For any customers who have pointed MX/www/etc records to our old servers IP you need to change your records to point to the new IP once you have received an email from us confirming the accounts have been successfully moved. The new server IP is: 83.142.27.234
