is it possible to configure incremental backups for ourselves? I know there is a weekly backup done across the whole server but is it possible for a domain to have its own incremental backup that only saves changed objects which could then be e:mailed or FTP'd?

We don't offer that service, but rsync is available on our servers I see no reason why you couldn't utilise it via a PHP script!

cool, I'll do some digging. rsync sounds like something your bum would use to write with 
PHP 
and Cron, got that working yesterday as well. Marvellous

My mind has never made that connection... 
PHP + cron is very powerful, worth learning!
