I seem to be unable to collect mail from my domains on Jupiter. Are there problems? _________________ Regards

Hi,
There are no problems with Jupiter's mail systems at this time.

I was unable to collect pop mail for my domains. This was on different machines to different domains. _________________ Regards

Are you having any problems now? This could have been a local connection problem of some sort.

It seems to be working now, but it was a slightly intermittent problem. Looking at the log shows that the attempt to make connection takes place, and sometimes, instead of the usual few seconds to connect, can take several minutes, or eventually time out.
I have a log showing it if that might help. First noticed the problem on pern.co.uk _________________ Regards

I've looked through the logs we have an I see quite a lot of mail being downloaded during the period you were having problems. This would seem to suggest something local?
