Having spent 3 years with my previous hosting company, it became necessary to move to a company that saw their hosting business as their bread and butter.
From the initial Sales enquiries to support questions, the responses I have had from nethosted have been extreemly fast (~10 mins), factual and issues resolved quickly.
On th 31st March at around 5pm, I purchased a webhosting package and by 4am the next morning my 3 year old vBulletin forum was up and running.
The issues I encountered along the way were responded to in a fast and efficient manner.
The site is now up and I can breathe easy for the first time in 2 months, thanks nethosted.
If you are having hassles with your hosting company, I strongly encourage you to try nethosted.

I thought it is time for an update.
Whilst there was a server outage at the start of May, the Nethosted staff were on top of it. Every effort was made to recover data for my site and yes that did mean I lost data, however, ensuring I have suitable backups to restore from is just as much my responsibility as it is for a host to have a backup.
So help is at hand in the form of a script to backup my SQL database every 2/3 days or so.
If you are considering Nethosted, check out the General Support section and review how often and quickly Andrew and his staff repond to issues.
The level of service I have received has been excellent. I recommend you try Nethosted for your web hosting needs.

It's been 2 years, and I still am a customer, over the last year I've had to travel more for work. One of my main concerns is how do I handle web site issues while I am away.
There has been no need, the service Nethosted provides is just as good as it was 2 years ago, and it is my opinion that stability has been even better.
The web sites I manage remain in safe hands with Nethosted.

Almost 3 years and still here as a customer.
The service is still as good as ever and stability is rock solid.
