I seem to be having problems with FTP this morning on Pluto. I keep get disconnected, and I'm having permissions problems with a file for download. It's been OK up to now, CHMOD settings seems OK.
The domain is justmust.co.uk, which is an add-on to cgf.net

I can see no reason for this, load is ok on the server. I've restarted the FTP server, is that better?

Can you FTP into non-NetHosted accounts with issue to rule out problems at your end.

The FTP seems to be better, but I've also having problems with cached pages - I'm on NTL! the page I'm getting was changed at the end of March, and has been changed since, but I'm still getting it displayed here.

Your site is back to pointing to Pluto, is that where your current version of the site is stored. I know it was moved to Uranus when the Pluto disks crashed...

Site is on Pluto, we never actually moved to Uranus in the end.

I'm thinking that this may be a NTL problem. I don't know why they were serving up such an old page - it was over a month out-of-date. I compared the two ways of getting to the same page
www.justmust.co.uk
www.cgf.net/jm
the first was very out of date and the second was exactly as it should be (no cache obviously).
Everything is back to normal, and thanks again

A friend of mine was testing my local pubs site (which i host) out the other day and had loads of problems, her ISP is also NTL, so it is very possible they do have a problem.
