Let me know how it all pans out, particularly Vista and the new Office ribbon...

I have had a good play with Vista beta 2 and its nice and swish, like the change from win 2k to xp, and its a lot more hardware demanding.
I havent got round to installing the OEM vista yet, will have a play and dual boot it this weekend !
oh how i love my action pack subscription !!! lol _________________ Paul M |

*Loves Office 2007, particularly the ribbon*
I can make all sorts of pretty stuff that I didn't know how to do before (arrr, navigating through many-a cascading menus indeed be a treacherous task!).
Liked Vista over XP, but the security gets a bit ridiculous at times.
Not tried the Expression thingy, but from what I've seen it doesn't look very good (an improvement over FrontPage of course, but that's not hard). Nothing will get me off Zend Studio now!

For anyone that's interested you can test drive Office 2007 via IE here:
http://www.runaware.com/microsoft/en-us/office2007/td
It basically creates an install of XP accessible in your browser that allows you to launch all the latest Office 2007 tools and use them. Works very well and lets you have a play.
