Question regarding reseller account payment

Hi Andrew,

I'm still struggling to convince the FD

When we sign up, do you automatically take the money every month from the credit card on a standing order/direct debit. The FD hates this, even though more and more suppliers are moving to this method of payment, presumably because it almost guarantees cash flow.

Would you be able/willing to invoice us on a monthly basis ?

Hope you don't mind me asking, but the FD is a bit of a stick in the mud, and he is the last hurdle before I can start up the reseller account.

We do take the money every month automatically, we offer no alternative on monthly plans. It's just not possible for us to bill each customer each month, hope they pay, chase them up etc

If you were to choose an annual contract this might be possible. I would suggest every other host you'll find will want to take monthly payments via subscription...
