I've noticed over the last week or so that my IMAP mail account on Neptune is very slow to respond and will not actually let me delete messages; they appear to delete on the client I use but then the changes do not seem to synchronise on the server.
The same happens for moving mail between folders.
I've tried this with several clients, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail and all the webmail clients on a few different machines but the problem continues.
Is this a larger problem or something specific to my account? I'm happy to provide details of my accounts in PM or something, and really should have raised a support ticket but I've lost my support area login info and can't search my emails for it because of IMAP being slow! |

Hi,
You're not actually a direct client of ours. You need to contact the person you purchased the hosting from for support.
I've checked the server you are on and load is low and everything appears to be in order.
