I can get on my website fine but can't seem to load the webmail page.
Any ideas?

Can you also not access cPanel?
If so you are behind a proxy and the only way around this is to install: http://cpanelproxy.net/ when you aren't behind a proxy so that next time you are you can get to your webmail/cPanel.

Haven't tried the cPanel, but what you say makes perfect sense.
Where does that get installed? On the local machine?
