| |
my domain name is registered with easily.co.uk.
it is hosted by nethosted.
i cannot recieve emails to my nethosted webmail account.
mxski33@mxski.com is my default address provided by nethosted, the mail is returned via easily, as below.
In theory i thought all mail now goes via nethosted. Do i have to enable or disable something in mail settings or in the mail forwarding feature that easily provides?
thanks

| Your name servers are Easily's. If you want to make full use of Nethosted you need to point to Nethosted name servers - the one to use would be in your welcome email. |

Hi,
As ukwiz says your domain is not pointing to nethosted nameservers, so your if you haven't setup the domain name to use nethosted as your email server, it will not work.
The easiest way to fix it, it point your domain name to the nethosted nameservers, but you will need to see your welcome email or send Nethosted a support ticket asking what nameservers to use, if you do this make sure to include your domain name so support knows what server your domain name is on _________________ Regards,

Thanks for the help guys
The nameservers you should be using for this domain are:
ns9.net-hosted.com and ns10.net-hosted.com _________________ | Darryl Taylor
